Emily has been trusted advisor in the public sector. She has consistently delivered results for clients facing rapid change, workforce and legal barriers to programmatic transformation, and pressures from stakeholders on increasing agency and program performance. Prior to joining DayBlink Consulting, Emily worked in the public and non-profit sectors, focusing on agency change and program transformation in New York State.

Emily holds a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Social Work and Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
