Rory is passionate about helping business leaders address their organizational challenges and thrive in today’s fast-moving environment.Over the past 10 years Rory has worked with both federal and commercial clients across a broad spectrum of industries including finance, healthcare, CPG, nonprofit, and defense. His functional areas of expertise include business strategy, project management, process improvement, product development, and operations. He is an emerging leader at DayBlink and thrives managing small teams to deliver true value to his clients.

Prior to joining DayBlink, Rory spent 9+ years as a Management Consultant with BearingPoint and Deloitte Consulting and 2+ years running the business operations of an online and retail coffee startup. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

    Rory is most proud of the diverse set of relationships that he has built over the past decade on engagements spanning across North America, Asia, the Middle East.

    A combination of experience, grit, ingenuity, and emotional intelligence.

  3. What was your favorite city that you’ve worked in and why?

    The two years that Rory spent working in Amman, Jordan will always hold a special place in his heart. Welcoming people, amazing food, and a beautiful country!
