Elevated Matters LLC (“our”, “DayBlink Consulting” & we”) is a company headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, United States of America. DayBlink Consulting takes user privacy very seriously. We recognize that your privacy is a high priority and we are committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) provides an overview of what information DayBlink Consulting may collect from you, and how we may use it. DayBlink collects two types of information when you visit the Website: contact information and usage information.

  1. Contact Information
    Contact information refers to the information that you intentionally provide us with when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a request to be contacted, apply for a position or otherwise submit personally identifiable information to us through the Web Site.     DayBlink Consulting obtains non-individualized, generic information about you when you visit the Website.  This includes your IP address, browser type and language, arrival time and referring website.

DayBlink Consulting uses the information we collect from you for statistical tracking purposes and to enhance our services. For instance, DayBlink Consulting uses Google Analytics to generate detailed statistics about web traffic and its source. The information we receive through Google Analytics does not include individual identification such as name and contact information.

We may now or in the future collect information to personalize the experience of the users of the Website. We collect information to communicate with you and to inform you about DayBlink Consulting’s services. THIRD PARTIES

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include content management system and web hosting companies. Such third parties may be provided with the information described above.

INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

INFORMATION SECURITY

DayBlink Consulting makes its best efforts to ensure that personally-identifiable information collected through the Website is not lost, misused, or altered inappropriately by administering security measures such as subscribing to squarespace.com for content management. WordPress.com’s privacy policy can be accessed from this link. However, all information transferred over the internet can potentially be accessed by unauthorized parties; therefore, DayBlink Consulting cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site.

CHOICES WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Whether you submit personally identifiable information to DayBlink Consulting is entirely up to you.  You may decide not to submit personally identifiable information through the Website, in which case DayBlink Consulting may not be able to provide certain services to you.
