Melissa’s previous experience includes serving as a Recruiter at a leading software engineering company and working for an executive search firm in NYC. She has worked on searches across a variety of industries and functions and currently provides full-life cycle recruiting, where she takes a transparent and relationship-building approach to result in a higher level of trust and commitment.
