The bulk of Zach’s experience is in change management consulting for post-merger integrations. He focuses on the design and implementation of transition initiatives during periods of expansion or consolidation of large Fortune 500 companies. Zach’s expertise includes designing knowledge management repositories to improve operational effectiveness, developing training curriculums to facilitate knowledge transfer to incoming resources, and managing the transition to new tools and systems. Beyond change management, Zach also has experience developing high availability and disaster recovery processes and procedures.

   Zach’s client uses his name as a verb. While using the new tools he’s created for them, they have adopted the term “Zach-ify” when applying them to documents and procedures.
