BenefitsPRO recognizes DayBlink Consulting’s strong culture, exceptional benefits, and people-first offerings
McLean, VA, September 15, 2016 – DayBlink Consulting is pleased to share that the firm was recently recognized by BenefitsPRO magazine for creating a great place to work. Kim Horner, DayBlink’s Human Resources Manager, highlighted how offering a generous benefits package is integral to the overall people strategy: to attract and retain the best talent. In fact, Horner recently joined the firm because she “could not walk away from an opportunity to work for an organization that truly values their employees”.
The numerous offerings are strengthened by DayBlink leadership’s people-first mentality. This is made evident through word, as “it’s what’s best for our team” is frequently heard in the company’s halls; however, it is demonstrated even more through action. Recently DayBlink hosted an all expense paid, company-wide training session in Las Vegas that was equal parts focused on strengthening the team’s consulting skills as well as building team camaraderie. DayBlink will continue investing in its people given it’s the right thing to do for the firm, individuals, our clients, and the communities we influence.
This recognition further solidifies DayBlink’s recent ranking as one of Vault’s “Top 50 Consulting Firms” and “Great Place to Work” certification.
